Alessi at Scavollini


Alessi at  Scavollini hosted their final event
last night in their "Italy Comes Alive!" series.
Tarallucci & Vino's Chef Riccardo, created
desserts made from Baci Perugia chocolates.

Chef Ricarrdo preparing, Baci Semifredo, Almond Gelato,
Merengue and Chocolate crunch.

Chocolate Tubes, with warm Bacio Mousse and dry fruit Granella.

Bacio Perugia Mini Cream Puffs.
