ENA SWANSEA @ FRIEDMAN BENDA

Friedman Benda presents Ena Swansea.
Untitled Nightlife, January 24 - February 15, 2014

Swansea's brushstroke chronicles suggest an indistinguishable
line between protagonist and voyeur, abstraction and representation.

515 W 26th street New York NY.

Known for applying graphite powder as a base for her
colored compositions, she creates vaguely celluloid effects.

Swansea lives and works in New York City
and her technique is reflective of the club experience itself.
