Phantom Miro @ Abel Cine

An Exploration of the Phantom Miro

 On June 14, 2012, Moe Shore, Phantom Product Manager at Abel Cine
introduced the Phantom Miro M320S and the opportunities it opens up to image-makers.


Jesse Rosen, Director of Technical Development for Abel Cine,
discussed how Miro M320S, fits into the Phantom camera line, including how
Vision Research was able to create a compact, full featured high-speed camera.

Jim Gedulddick and Steve Romano recorded a live performance
by "object manipulator" Michael Karas. 
Jim and Steve discussed the process while shooting with the Miro.
There was time for Q&A and some hands on with the camera.







The Miro is able to slow down the subject in the monitor while it's recording.

Dion Johnson @ De Buck Gallery

Dion Johnson's debut solo exhibition at De Buck Gallery.
"Velocity" is the name of the Los Angeles based artist's new show.
An exceptional use of color in acrylic paint, with a phenominal ability
to camouflage stroke and brush marks, of his pristine landscapes.
